Asta
Site control software enables organisations to improve the management
of construction project on-site. With a number of project focused
functions captured information as they occur (weather, labour levels,
recording variations and change requests, etc), Asta Sitecontrol
provides greater control over management of on-site work.
Operating
as site specific or covering a number of projects held in a central
database, it eliminates multi-entries and linking relevant data. With
pre-defined templates, quotations and other project documents can be
quickly created.

Site Diary
- A real-time, indisputable record of daily progress
on-site.
- The site diary is a real-time record of everything
that takes place on-site on a particular day. From materials used, to
weather conditions - even photographic evidence of build progress. Once
captured and saved it becomes an invaluable and unquestionable record -
crucial evidence when delays or disputes arise.

Work Orders
- Capturing, distributing and monitoring work orders
both on and off-site.
- Managing dispersed teams and their daily progress
together with time and used material - information critical for
generating invoices. Distributing work amongst teams on-site and
managing their progress or to off-site teams via a mobile module where
work can be received in real-time, in the field with a mobile phone.

Time Reporting
- Logging and recording time spent on work orders and
projects.
- Linked to a work order or a project, time spent on
individual activities or on whole projects is captured. Time spent
information can also be exported to external solutions as the basis for
generating invoices or salaries.

- A single source of all information and contacts
related to one or several projects.
- The Library is at the heart of Asta Sitecontrol. For
a single project or shared across an organisation, it removes the need
for duplication of entries and ultimately enables accuracy and
efficient management of contacts, resources, suppliers and equipment as
everything can be linked to the project.

Documents
- Create yours own documents or use pre-defined
default templates. Dynamic editing content is automaticaly saved in a
library for easy access and sharing. Ensures consistency with re-usable
document structures; common to an organisation.
- Links into Microsoft Outlook for easy recording of
all emails and other documentation under each project. Documents can be
linked to variation codes and change requests.
Price Lists and Articles
- Import price lists or information you need linked
with work orders.

Reports and Printouts
- Create summaries and reports of information recorded
such as daily or weekly diary records which can be saved as PD F's and
sent via email.
